You’ve seen the celebs carrying the statement clutches. Some are bejeweled and other are glittery, like the Alexander McQueen clutch that Drew Barrymore loves.
While looking for the prefect box clutch for me, I found that the prices are insane! We are talking hundreds of dollars for each one. But after much scrounging, I found some great finds under $50. Take a look and let me know what you think!
1. Hype ‘Helen’ Jeweled Flap Clutch, $46.90 at Nordstrom: Rounded studs frame a collection of faceted gems and studs, updating a snake-embossed leather clutch delightfully finished with a hot-pink satin lining. Wouldn’t this go great with a blush colored gown?
2. Lulu Townsend Satin Box Clutch, $29.95 at DSW: Satin box clutch with metal frame, hideable metal link strap and a jeweled clasp closure. You know you caould wear this with a safe LBD, but I would pair it with an embellished tank and jeans for a night out on the town.
3. La Regale Metallic Roll Clutch, $44 at Endless.com: his clutch from La Regale will subtly brighten your evening attire and give you a great vintage look. The semi-matte metallic faux leather is fashioned into a hard-shelled roll shape with a clasp-close frame, and has extended interior linings to prevent its contents from spilling. I think this would look great with a mutlicolored vibrant print dress.
4. Carlo Fellini Woven Raffia Clutch, $48 at Lori’s Shoes: The perfect summer clutch! A stiff raffia shell with snap closure gives way to a roomy interior with 3 pockets. Struggling to figure out what to wear with your new animal print dress, how about this little clutch – it would be a fantastic choice!
5. Rampage Paris Clutch, $37.40 at Endless.com: A beautiful quilted bag that mixes old-school glamour and the current studs trend. This clutch is a disticntly different color from most and with a lot more angles. It is stylish in its shape. Pair this beauty with a pair of moss-colored tweed trousers and a silky blouse in a natural color and you have a perfect fall look!
